Lesson 1
Volume 15
January 4
The Newness of All Things
Devotional Reading:
2 Corinthians 5:10-17
To be in
Christ places us in the absolute realm of wisdom and power. The
same power that created all life is able to recreate new life,
new faculties, new affections, new appetites, new attitudes, new
conversations, and new revelations. God sent the Triumphant
Church for the people of the new age, and Christ in us is able
to create a new world for the new age. Therefore we are at a
point of existence where all creation, humanity, heaven, and
earth, has an opportunity to appear in a new manifestation.
If we rise
up in the victorious anointing that Jesus demonstrated, we can
decree and establish every good statement of supernatural life
and underlining health and renew our youth like the eagle (Psalm
103:5). Becoming a new creature in Christ leads us into a
consciousness of eternity where time and age become false
ideas. There is a Spirit in us that came from God, that Spirit
knows everything about living in the image and after the
likeness of God. The mind of Christ is the only connection that
will allow us to realize that we have a right to demonstrate
victory over death and enjoy eternal life in the physical body
and immortal soul.
In order to
behold the newness of all things in Christ, we must embrace the
highest understanding of immortal principles and supernatural
laws. Then we can promote body redemption through the
Everlasting Gospel. We must be completely spiritualized by God
on the physical, spiritual and soul level in order to declare
death as a former thing that can only exist on a plane of
material expression.

Lesson Outline:
I.
A New Man. (Ephesians 4:22-24)
We became new
creatures in Christ through the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
However, there is still the same flesh, blood and sinful nature
abiding with us after we receive the Holy Ghost. The old man is
the carnal personality that we lived in for years before we got
saved. This personality only cares for its own well-being and
the satisfaction of the five human senses. The old man is not
able to love the Lord with all of his heart, soul, strength, and
mind because his life is dedicated to the things of the world.
The life of the old man is full of discord, jealousy,
competition, misery, pain and woe. He has no understanding of
his true nature and the dominion that exists inside of him. The
character of the old man is undeveloped and he is always in
danger of losing integrity and credibility. The lust of the
flesh, lust of the eyes and pride of life will always deceive
and manipulate the old man. He will always be tricked into
seeking things that promise and manipulate the old man. He will
always be tricked into seeking things that promise pleasure,
profit and freedom, and he will never be satisfied by what he
finds.
The Holy
Ghost has to continuously renew the mind in order to keep the
old man from taking over. The Spirit of our minds is that
secret place in order to keep the old man from talking over.
The spirit of our minds is that secret place where we become the
offspring of almighty God. By renewing the Spirit of our minds,
we can decree and establish the relationship that Jesus
confirmed when he said, “The son can do nothing of himself, but
what he seeth the Father doing: for what things so ever he
doeth, the son also doeth in like manner.” (John 5:19) through
renewing our minds in the Spirit we can turn thoughts into ideas
and achieve impossible things.
The new man
is born of God and made know by Holy Ghost revelation. Putting
on the new man is how we leave the ordinary existence of human
being and become extraordinary ambassadors of the resurrected
Jesus Christ. Righteous and
true
holiness are
the attributes that allow the new man the privilege to receive
and understand the reality of divine perfection. Once we put on
the new man, our eyes see new visions,
our ears
hear new information, our new hands handle and work with things
in a new way,
and our new
feet walk in a new direction. The new man always has a new
conversation and a new life because the character of God is
alive in him.
II.
A New Relationship. (Hebrews 8:6-13)
God has
established a covenant with Triumphians that is perfect and
faultless. As
we become
new creatures in Christ, our consciousness becomes elevated into
a
relationship and ministry of excellence. The covenant that we
have is a binding
agreement
with God. We have to live a pure life in Spirit, soul, and body.
We agree to
come out of
compromising doctrines and entangling alliances of false
teachers. We agree
with God to
take a definite stand against the visible and invisible Kaiser.
We say yes to
fulfill the
words of the Lord's Prayer, “Thy kingdom come". We are willing
to take a
definite
stand against segregation in church, society and state. And we
agree to contend
for the
faith that was once delivered to the saints.
For those of
us who enter this covenant, God agrees to bring us triumphantly
over sickness, trials, afflictions, pestilence, and even the
last enemy death through the Everlasting Gospel.
Through this
new relationship and covenant with Jesus and Christ, we become
beneficiaries and inherit everything that the Father has.
Therefore we have access to the enjoyment of the never-ending
life of God and the universe.
III.
A New Reality. (Revelation 21:1-5)
A new
identity in Christ also includes a new heaven (mind) and a new
earth
(body). Out
of the new heaven, supernatural ideas are realized; out of the
new earth
supernatural
ideas become manifestations. Through the Everlasting Gospel,
immortality
enters the
mind and incorruption enters the body.
After the
new heaven and new earth is revealed, there will be no more sea.
The
sea of forgetfulness is where God places our sins. But when the
former things that made
us mortal
and corruptible pass away there will be no need for the sea of
forgetfulness.
New Jerusalem
is the Triumphant Church that becomes a nation of the peace that
goes beyond all understanding. In the New Jerusalem all people
will be elevated in God's
consciousness and they will never come down. Perfection, purity,
universal understanding of Spirit and complete union with Christ
will be fulfilled. The only law that will be in the
New Jerusalem
is the law of life because love will control us and fulfill
every human and scientific law. The laws of transgression and
the laws of sin and death will vanish
because they
can only exist in mortality. Eternal life will be the law that
God writes in the
inward parts
of the soul and body.
Consider that
God is faithful to maintain the right orbits of this planet
around the sun,
so that it is consistent. Therefore we can depend, more or less,
on the
weather. Consider that God is faithful to provide spring, summer,
fall, and winter,
seedtime and
harvest. Consider that God is faithful to provide the rain, the
snow, the sun
and the moon.
Are we faithful enough to renew ourselves in God every day for
another
year?
